纯设计公司。这在当时并不罕见，国内射频芯片设计公司大多走这条路。但张耀辉的选择与其他射频创业者有所不同，他没有扎进竞争最激烈的手机射频前端赛道，而是将重心放在基站射频功率放大器上。　　这是一个更“硬”的方向。基站射频对功率、可靠性、一致性的要求远高于消费电子，技术门槛更高，但一旦突破，客户黏性也更强。华太电子的核心产品射频LDMOS（横向双扩散金属氧化物半导体），正是基站功率放大器的关键器件。
